susandennisI gathered up my thoughts and sent Nadia an email asking for some changes. Before an hour passed, this is what I got in return:
Absolutely. Thanks for the feedback. I definitely don't want going to the gym to become a drudgery and definitely don't like the idea of you avoiding the gym. So, we'll do a couple more exercises with a little less repeat and create some goals for you to work toward during the time I don't see you.
This doesn't mean that I'm not going to kick your ass or let you off easy :)

I'll bet I could work on it all day and not come up with a better reply! And it is so cool to have her on email so I don't even have to stress about it until Saturday.
