Sprint OK!

With the number that came with my replacement modem, I was able to get onto the Sprint website, into my account, see that they had credited me appropriately (and so canceled the other account), set up ebilling and automatic credit card payment!

I think that roller coaster ride is over and all is fine.

I still can't get the stupid lanyard thingie attached to the modem. I've done it with other tricky devices but this one is its own hell.

And if I had to have one unsolved issue, I'm fine with that one being it.
