Gym Report - cardio!
Sep. 26th, 2008 08:33 amTreadmill 30 mins. I did the rolling elevation at 2.6 (last 10 mins at 2.7). Rolling is kind of what it sounds like gradually up to 2 then down to 0 then gradually up to 3 then down to 0 and then the final 10 minutes another roll up to 2.
NO HANDS on the bars except to check heart rate 4 times.
My heart rate after 5 minutes was 104. at 15 it was 134. at 20 it was 132. at 29 it was 117. I'm thinking that's pretty respectable. The little chart on the machine says that at my age, 135 is the beginning of 'heavy'.
