Gimme Live Journals, plz

susandennisToday I went trolling for some new LJ reads. Again I am stymied by locked entries. I get it but it's frustrating. Generally, I search on people over 40. Or no age limit but some geographical limit - like Oklahoma. Or people with Tivo or Roomba in their interests. Or I troll through friends of friends. There are a lot of people who are friends of friends who list Tivo or Roomba as an interest. I kept running into the same people.
I rarely directly post a question but I will today. I'm looking for suggestions of new Live Journals to read.
I'd like to not slog through lots of memes.
I'd rather not have to beg 'entry'. When someone requires that you ask to be friended, and then you decide you aren't that interested, it's just not pretty. So I steer clear of asking.
But, otherwise, I'm open. Who ya got? Who's journal do I need to read, please?
