Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 1st, 2008 08:28 amToday was 2.5 up to 2.8 in speed and the spikey interval program - 0 to up 3, back to 0, back to 3 in 1.5 min intervals. I tested my heart rate at 15 minutes - 135. No hands. 30 mins
I'm convinced now that holding onto the bars is an unnecessary crutch. I think next I need to work on my speed. I was doing 3.0 before the no hands situation. I guess I'll try to get back to that and then maybe more...
