Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 5th, 2008 09:45 amMy plan was to start at 3.0 speed and then do the spikey intervals (up to 3, down to 9, repeat) and drop the speed down as needed. At 10 minutes I dropped it down to 2.8 and promised myself I could drop it to 2.5 at 20 minutes. Only I didn't! 3.0 for 10 and 2.8 for 20. No hands. A personal best.
The gym was packed today! All of the usual suspects were there, plus extras. The Other Old Lady, who only comes on weekdays, was even there! Wild.
I am headed to the shower and then I'm off to West Seattle to treat myself to a Skylark Cafe bloody mary.
