susandennisGood session. But, I do need to take a better cheat sheet. I need to do the cardio ones at the top of the session and then reorder the rest so that I can do them all before I get too tired to do any. She has me doing a lot that twist my torso. These are so good for me but ouch!
The Pilates lady only had one dog with her today but he roamed around a bit. He has a neck full of bling and a face full of personality. Nadia says she has four dogs. The ones she's brought into the gym are the best behaved dogs I've ever seen.
