Gym Report - cardio

susandennis30 good minutes on the treadmill - no hands. Today I did the Rolling option. It was nice for a change but I like the spikey Intervals better.
Still more new faces in the gym plus the regulars but I do wonder where the new faces are coming from.
It is deliciously chilly this morning. One of my LJ friends reported snow this morning... and so starts The Season of Snow Envy.
