Work, work.

susandennisAnother day with work galore. Nice. The next things on my list of Things to Do When Work is Slow are things like dust the hall shelves, and file the mound of stuff hiding behind the shelf door and gather up all the Goodwill stuff and get it down to the car... glamorous stuff like that. Stuff that makes me glad that I have work work to do instead!
In other hot news, my new keyboard arrived. A couple of years ago, I decided I wanted a backlit keyboard but in a fit of austerity I bought a very cheap one. It had a faint glow behind the keys but no enough to see the damn keys in the dark. Ya gets what ya pays for... Happily the thing filled up with lunch and snack crumbs and the light finally died last week so I decided that this time I was going to get a real one.
I got a Saitek Elipse II... THREE different colors to pick from - red, purple and blue with a freakin' dimmer switch! It tickles me beyond rational explanation. I've got the purple on now.
Just polished off the last of the meatloaf in a perfectly delicious sandwich. And managed to avoid sharing any of it with the new keyboard!
Back to work.
