Gym Report - exercise
Oct. 25th, 2008 09:11 amI did pretty well considering... I got the most hated parts done first. And on one of the bosu weight tricks, Nadia's notes say to use the 12 pound bar - Tuesday I used the 15 pounder and today the 18 pounder with no prob.
Gym Queen was absent this morning but most of the other Saturday regulars were there. It was nice and now it's done which is nicer.
