susandennisA humming bird just flew into my living room! Travis and Betty were both on the couch and they both sat up clearly trying to figure out what to do. I could relate. The bird stayed in here long enough for me to wonder what in the heck I was going to do about it and then, thankfully, flew out again.
Wonder what that trip report is going to say??!!

Sometime back when I was going to the gym 7 days a week, I got a lot of feedback that I should take a day off. I decided that I could without losing my momentum and decided on Mondays. What a great decision that was. I start enjoying that on Sunday nights. Monday mornings are fun and different. Kicks the whole week off nicely.

I have work work work today which is a lovely change. I have so much work that I did not even have much time to get all riled up about today's LJ down time.
