It is all lacrosse all day at the football stadium today ... I'm not quite clear on the details but there are people with baskets on polls in the neighorhood and I can already hear the announcer announcing. By the time the sound gets into this living room it is muffled beyond recognition - kind of like the old fast food drive through speakers but I can definately hear announcing.

This morning's walk was nice. A little drizzle kept it wonderfully cool. There was a huge and I mean huge cruise ship at the big dock. It was scarey. I cannot imagine being stuck on something that holds that many people.

I have a few little chores to do before the cleaning people come - I'm not cleaning the house but I do want it to pick up the big pieces so that they don't put them away somewhere that I can't find later.

In general, things are under control... so far...
