Comcastrated

Mom has lost her internet connection. It went out yesterday afternoon and she's still down as of noon today. It's so quiet without her emails. I'm sure she's frustrated. But she knows how to reboot and she knows how to call Comcast. She called me last night to tell me she had gotten tired of being on hold with them and was going to bed. There are a lot of people now in her retirement place that have high speed cable internet access. And some of those old people do not like being cut off from their email and they got nothing but time to sit on hold and yell and scream at Comcast. I think she's in good hands.

It's cool today so far. When I got up it has just stopped raining. It was a fine morning for a walk.

The baseball game isn't until tonight. I think I'll use today for laundry. Maybe some TV/movie/reading. But, first, I really need a shower.

I'm so glad that your mum has access to all that is going on in the outside world and to be close to you via her emails..if she ever needs a friend from England..get her to get in touch with me..she sounds just my sort of person!
Hope she gets connected again soon,if not sooner!
