When I first started walking I couldn't go very far and I figured that if I could work up to walking an hour, I'd be good. I tried various ways to time my walks and one of them was to set iTunes on my Treo to shut off after 30 minutes. I figured when it went off, I'd turn around and go home. But, my walks have turned out to be very different than I planned. I meander, I take pictures, I stop at KK. When Lee goes with me, we get into exploring mode. And I'm often out way more than an hour.
But, today, I walked straight down the road - down 1st Avenue and when I got to Sears, I turned to go around the block and head home on the parallel alley. As I made the turn iTunes stopped. Cool. I wandered on home and as I got to the front door of my condo unit. Hand on the doorknob. iTunes stopped. I don't think I've ever hit it that closely before.
It was nice and cool and breezy today with overcast skies. Perfect walking weather.
