Once again... FedEx did not deliver my package. I have signed and submitted a form twice. Plus every single time they have not left a package (which is every time except one in recent memory) I have called and bitched. UPS, DHL, Airborne, USPS... they never have a problem. FedEx? Can't seem to crack the fucking code.

Today the woman on the phone who was taking my bitch call asked me how the other carriers were able to leave packages... How the hell do I know??? Maybe they are just smarter.

GRRRRRRRRRR - Ok, I'm done. I'm not going to expend any more energy on this.

I did get home early and decided to go get my emmissions check done on the car. Easy peasy. 3 miles down the road, 15 mins total. $15 and I'm done. I can now order my tabs online. Quite efficient. Maybe I should get the DOT to coach FedEx!

Well, on a normal day I'd choose Fedex for my purposes. But UPS has just done two one day shipments in a week, one was a 2 day and the other was a ground. So right now I'm loving UPS too.

Was this FedEx or FedEx Ground - they are different operations? FedEx Ground screwed up a package for me by loading it on the wrong truck and because of their limited hours and no saturday shipments couldn't easily correct it as does regular FedEx.

I have had a good experience with FedEx. Not only do they leave the package (un-signed for), they take the trouble to leave it at the back door and they hide it under a large, empty flower pot on my deck. Now that is what I call good service!
