Gym Report - cardio
Aug. 7th, 2009 10:22 amOk, I think push ups every single day probably isn't the best idea. I did 10 today but they weren't good ones. I think we'll go with maybe every other day - push up wise?
After the push ups, I got on the treadmill to do 30 minutes with 1 minute speed bursts interspersed. I did a good 15 minutes of that but then Marilyn (from upstairs) came in and got on the treadmill next to me. The problem with Marilyn is that she likes to chat - sometimes and sporadically. I was listening to my book which is not very interpretable. So when she's next to me, I have to turn the book off which I did. Then she decided today was not a chatty day but I knew the minute I turned it back on again, she'd strike up a convo.
So when I hit 15 mins, I went elliptical. For 10 and then recumbent bike for 5.
It was fine. I'm all sweaty. So now I'm going to shower!
