I spent 10 minutes doing squats and push ups and pull overs and stuff. And I did good. Then I did a full 20 minutes on the sit up bike. I'm not sure I've gone that long continuously on that kind of bike before. It has a very padded seat and I have a very padded ass but still the two seem to have relationship issues. It was only owie for a bit, though. Now it's just sweaty.
