Gym Report - cardio
Aug. 21st, 2009 10:33 amI got up before dawn today to catch up on work so by the time I actually did get caught up I was very ready. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill concentrating on going up and down. I need to be able to walk hills. Thursday's trip to the concert was just not fun because of the hill (and the heat but really the hill). I need practice so that's what I did. Up to 3 for a couple of minutes, down to 1 for a couple and then back up to 3, etc.
When I was done, I got one of those fat rigid noodles and just laid my spine right along it with my arms and legs draped on either side. And laid there for more than 5 minutes. My back is so grateful.
Now I need to take a shower. Whew.
