I just found out that this week and next are going to be very quiet work-wise. I don't often get this kind of advanced info so I'm thinking I need to make the most of it.

It means I will have lots o' time for me and not so much $ for me. When work is plentiful and paychecks are fat, I have learned to squirrel away so the paycheck part just means that I need to not spend my time internet shopping.

So here are some day plan ideas I'm pondering:

- Bus to the zoo and just wander around both the zoo and the neighborhood where the zoo is (because it's a very cool little neighborhood with lovely homes and yards. Oh and because I'm old, I get into the zoo for free!

- Aquarium. This is kind of last only list but the easiest. It's a nice little walk from here but, honestly, I'm not so much into aquariumish things. But, it is free, like the zoo.

- The glass museum in Tacoma - particularly the glass bridge I've never been there and never seen it. I can bus to the Tacoma hub and take their light rail. I really should do this.

- East side. I still want to get the pin number on my ATM card changed and that's across the lake. The only time to do this is in the middle of the day. The main problem is that there is much shopping near the credit union. This could get costly.

So, that's what I'm thinking so far. I'll probably do the last one for sure this week. The rest, I'm conjuring...
