You can squeak me, I'm so clean
Jul. 3rd, 2004 03:20 pmWell, Miko's a keeper. He cleaned for nearly exactly 6 hours. I paid him $120. He's going to come back once a month for $100 worth of whatever needs to be cleaned. But, seriously, he really worked hard and the place looks like it. Sparkling!
In other news, the Mariners are having a difficult time losing today's game. They keep getting interupted by rain. They are playing in St. Louis. It's raining again there now and we're only in the 4th inning. The first pitch was 2 and a half hours ago.
I didn't feel comfortable eating while Miko was here and now I'm starving.
p.s. Miko just called to appologize. He meant to run the toaster ovens to burn off any cleaning stuff and forgot - would I please make sure to turn them on for at least 30 minutes before I use them again? You should see these damn toaster ovens. They are cleaner than the day I got them. Yep. He's a keeper.

Date: 2004-07-04 08:34 am (UTC)BTW, what time did he show up? You posted just before 9 that he was supposed to come between 8 and 9 and he hadn't yet arrived.
And you should have eaten and made something in one of your toaster ovens and then he might have remembered to clean them.

Date: 2004-07-04 08:42 am (UTC)Good point about the ovens. I used them both last night for dinner and they didn't fume and they sure do look nice and clean. Amazing.
