Gym Report - cardio
Sep. 10th, 2009 10:49 amI don't have Nadia's instructions yet (not the official written down version) so today I was free to free lance. I did 15 mins on the treadmill. I started at 2.8 elevation 0 and then ramped up until the last 5 mins I was 3.0 at elevation 1 and it was hard. So... I got on the elliptical. On this one I'm supposed to watch my steps and keep them over 95 (I think). I can do that but it was work! So I did 5 minutes of that and 5 minutes of I don't care how many steps. Then I did 5 minutes on the bike. Here I'm watching my RPM's.
It's a lot of stuff to know, remember, watch. And it made me very sweaty.
