susandennisWe had the Great teacher - Caprise - today and she was great. Started on time, stopped on time, had a well thought out program and gave everyone individual help. It was good.
I'm going to send a note to praise to Tija in hopes she will forward it on to her person who manages classes. I'd sure like to see more Caprise classes.
And I learned a couple of tricks I could have used yesterday after standing for so long. Next time I'll know.
