Gym Report - Nadia

susandennisI must say that my attitude is not very gym-mie these days.
People always talk about during your last hours, you never wish you had spent more time at work. Believe me, in my final hours - heck right now - I do NOT wish I had spent more time at the gym. I am a slug and my body wants to do what a slug does... mosey along slowly, expending little to no energy.
But, to the gym I go anyway. And today was Nadia. Because my 'tude sucks so much, I decided going in that I would do the very best I could with every single one of her exercises regardless of how hard and how much it hurt. I did. She was impressed. Me, not so much.
I am sweaty and hungry. Shower then lunch.
