Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 8th, 2009 11:20 amOk well first of all, Nadia broke my crunchers and my Michele Obama arms. My six pack feels like someone tried to run it through the recycle crusher! And the overhead pulls I did are giving me a big ouchie in the Arms That Never Go Sleeveless. Owie!
Today I headed for the elliptical. The plan was to do 30 mins with 2 minute intervals between level 4 and level 8. I got 20 of those minutes in when my ass spied the bicycle and decided it was time to sit.
10 mins on the bike. It was good. And I stopped at the deli and picked up some of his excellent spaghetti. He serves it for lunch on Thursdays. I save it for dinner.
Now I'm going to shower and then decide what to do next.
