Bad News - Good News

susandennisMy Netflix movie of the afternoon was Along Came Polly. The bad news is that about 3/4ths the way into the movie, it started skipping and stopping.
The good news is that the first 3/4ths were boring and stupid enough that I didn't care. I managed to get it cleaned off enough to catch some of the rest but neither the DVD or the movie improved.
Oh well.
I did go over to the little summer market and it was cute. There were about 12 tents with people selling actually some pretty beautiful stuff. Jewelery and creams and pottery and stuff. I was tempted by these really wonderful handbags but I resisted. Oh and by some lovely oil paintings. But, I managed to get out with my purse still closed. They will be there every weekend through August.
I'd like to mention that the Mariners are winning. Ok, it's a 1 run lead. And we're only in the 3rd. But, I've had precious few chances to report that the Mariners were even ahead this year, so I thought I'd just get it in now.
