I just realized that I totally forgot to report on today's gym action. Yikes!! It was a Nadia session and a good one. I did better on most of the exercises than she expected. I did 2 30 second planks that nearly killed me but she said my form was perfect.

I need to buckle down and do those exercises this week. I've got to figure out how to trick myself into doing them. I think probably the best bet is to do two of them before or after every cardio session. Probably before is best.
