20 minutes on the treadmill - a solid 20 minutes up and down and at 2.8-3.0 speed. Then I did some arm pulls and then I did a solid 10 minutes on the sit up bike. It was good.

My gym takes Halloween very very very seriously. There is little left undecorated and the staff wears perfectly fabulous costumes. I am not a Halloween person but I appreciate fresh candy corn (actually appreciate is a bit mild for how I feel about this great vegetable) and I love watching the gym transform. It's just fun.

They put out the candy bowl - it growls at you when you take candy - but so far it is candy-less. And, yes, I did register a complaint.
