Today, I did 15 mins at 2.9 alternating between 1 and 3 at 2 minute intervals and then 15 mins at 2.7 alternating between 1 and 4 at 2 minute intervals.
It was difficult but doable. Tuesdays are generally good treadmill days and today was one of those generally good ones.
