Not that much of an adventure

susandennisI kind of thought I might go to the Bookfest. I was on the light rail, it was two more stops but I decided I was just not up for book people today. So I got off at the library stop and picked up my hold, and wandered around a bit...
Book people are not always library people and, besides, at the library, you aren't supposed to talk to anyone. I did have to talk to the librarian though to thank her for pointing out that the reason the scanner wouldn't work for me was because I was using my Costco card. Funny, when I was at Costco not long ago, the clerk wouldn't take my library card either. I think conspiracy. They are both red.
Then I stopped at the new Daiso store and it is even nicer than the downtown one. I did find out that they opened the store only for promoting the downtown store. Plans are to close this one in January. Unless they get a lot o' biz. If you are in Seattle, go check 'em out. If you come out of the south facing entrance to Uwjimaya and look to your left, it's just across the street.
Now home where there is laundry to do. And I'm going to go do it.
