Gym Report - cardio
Feb. 5th, 2010 10:25 amI started out to do 20 vigorous minutes on the treadmill but my shins did not like that idea so I cut back to 15 not quite so vigorous minutes and then did 5+ minutes on a couple of arms and lats machines and then did 10 minutes on the sit up bike.
The bike minutes included some steep hills which my thighs clearly remembered when I got home and did my two flights of stairs. UGH. But I did them and it will get better.
Shower time.
