susandennisI got no snow. My Puppy Bowl party clean up was done last night. I'm caught up with work. Happy Monday!
I'm getting ready to head out to pick up my free public transportation card at Microsoft. I made some calls this morning and discovered that Microsoft has 5 sets of offices in this neighborhood! I was really surprised there were that many. I suspect most, if not all, are left overs from various acquisitions. But none, as it turns out, are big enough to warrant a receptionist so I can't get my card from any of them. There is a receptionist over on the other side of downtown - very easy to get to so that's where I'm headed after this entry.

machupicchu had the camera he got for Christmas with him yesterday and it is soooooo neat. It's a Nikon Coolpix S70. It is tiny and cute and takes very excellent pictures. But, I don't really want to toss $300 at a new camera just now. And... the only thing wrong with my Canon PowerShot SD800 SI is a really substandard operator.
So I spent some time this morning studying the manual. Ugh. I so need PowerShot for Dummies. But, I made some adjustments and we will see.
ooops more work. Trip delayed for a bit.

new news... I just found a receptionist 3 blocks from here!! and I got more work. this is turning out to be a fine Monday.
