And... I forgot to mention
Aug. 13th, 2004 05:23 pmThat Jimmy Smits is joining the cast of West Wing! I guess he's finally recovered from The Worlds Longest Death. My office mate was saying today that he is dumber than a stump. I told her she was so far from the point that she'd need a moon shot to get there.
I am excited that we're hearing news of the new season of shows. I've seen all of the Home to Go shows... I'm ready for new material.

Mr. President! Mr. President!
Date: 2004-08-13 11:05 pm (UTC)West Wing films at Warner Brothers - My car and I worked the George Lopez show there yesterday and that place rocks. It literally is a small city in and of itself with its own fire department, security in black and whites and motorcycle cops, a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Ben & Jerrys, C-stores, a company store... And the commissary is great, though the commissary at the big Motorola plant in Scottsdale AZ where I temped years ago is much much better imho.
The really funny part about my working on the WB lot is, there were probably some notables walking around the lot and the commissary but because I very rarely watch television myself I didn't recognize anyone except the guests for GL - Carrot Top and the rapper Chingy. (Chingy was less blingy than I expected him to be.)
Guess I'll start watching some TV now to see when and if I show up. We have DVR so at least I can watch it at my leisure...IF the damn box doesn't crash.
