Break Time

susandennisMy new project is updating and creating new web pages for a large site that spans many countries. All weekend I worked on German pages. Yesterday and today it's been Spanish pages. Now, I have a tenuous grasp on English and can converse in Latin as long as the word is the one for farmer but I got nothin' in other languages. But, ou get a feeling... today, that feeling all day has been gazpacho.
That might also be because it is warm here and very unusually (for this part of the county) humid. I feel like I'm in South Carolina - humidity wize speaking.

My drug saga continues. I think I need a street pusher.
A recap. My employer changed insurance in January which knocked me out of my drug supplier. New insurer has two drug mail options. Tried one, nice folks but they couldn't get me on their website. Tired the other. Not nice folks and fucked up system. So I thought, fuck it. I'll go to a local drug store. There's a nice Bartell's not far from where I drop the bears off every month. I'll just make the trip a bear drop off/drug pick up trip. Then the bear lady told me they were moving. She doesn't know where. I have about 45 days before I really need to worry about it so I put it on the Scarlett O'Hara shelf.
Then today, I finally get the info in the mail from drug place number one. The stuff they promised in 5 business days - been more like 25 - but they sent it in quadruplicate... Anyway, I got on to their website and ordered up a transfer of the prescriptions now at drug place failure #2 and we'll see. I'm marginally hopeful.
But, then I remembered it's June and probably the boss will change insurance again in January. At least I have insurance.

I haven't heard back from my car insurance lady and that's not so good. She's perilously close to being replaced by a gecko.

I went to the gym today and totally forgot to make an entry about it! Holy crap! I want full and total credit. I will rectify after this entry.

I called the other Sprint store today to find out what their EVO deal was and I gotta say, they are not wasting a lot of brain power at those Sprint stores. Ya gotta admire their willingness to hire the 'special' people. I'll call the first store again tomorrow and see how they are twisting the story. My game plan is just to be there when the store opens and plan on being patient. I had a conference call at 11 that was - just now - moved to 2, thankyouverymuch!!
