I woke up this morning to SHEETS of rain! I mean it's move-the-car-out-of-the-garage-and-God-will-wash-it rain!! And... the high temperature today - that's high is supposed to be 65! Is this my reward for being good and pure and thoughtful and kind (which might also explain why the occurence is so rare...)??

Heaven. Just heaven. I can finally open the blinds and turn on lights and turn off the fan and put on more than the minimum clothes... I might even take a walk. But before that, I think I'll do some tidying up and take a load of trash to the dumpster and just enjoy the cool.

They were teasing us last night, the weather said the rain would make it into northern California but that's as far as it would get... 300 miles away. I still have hopes for El Nino.
