susandennisWhen I went to the gym this morning it was on the verge of too warm but as the morning wore on, it got cooler and cooler in here and when I got up to make my lunch, I put on a sweater! I could close the door but I really like the cool, clean breeze and I'm enjoying the chill. It's mere days away from waytoohot for me so I'm very grateful.
I just had the best sandwich. Sliced deli turkey with cream cheese, mayo and cranberry jelly. Severely yum.
Work is all about pounding through pages on the hunt for broken links and bad stuff. Unlike most QA sessions, this time we aren't to file a bug but just fix the problem ourselves. WAY more satisfying plus doing the edits breaks up the boring of click, click, click
The project manager just sent a note out to me and one of my co-workers asking for volunteers for a 4am to noon shift next Tuesday. 1. I don't mind 4am, really, I don't. and 2. my co-worker is 8.5 months pregnant with her second child and the first one was 2 weeks early. so I figured that if I didn't volunteer, she'd go into labor on Monday and I'd be doing it anyway. It's for the launch so I suspect, it's page testing and emergency fixing.
Sandwich done, lunch break over. Back to work!
