Gym Report - mixed

susandennisI did 20 good minutes on the treadmill and then 10 solid minutes of crunches, and weights and even a couple of planks with some stretches. It counts and now I can take the rest of the day off.
I'm not going much of anywhere cause the parking lot outside my condo is ground zero for the Rock and Roll run... racers are ending up here and soon the band will crank up. It's quite the party. Between the party and the roads closed for the race, there's no way a car is getting out of here today and even public transportation around here is sketchy. No prob. I don't need to go anywhere.
Well, that's not true. I do need to go into the shower and then I think I'm going to make myself a fabulous breakfast.
