We're doing laundry here and Betty is so happy about that... Jake, meanwhile is causing laundry. He's taken to pooping, now and again, on the cheap Sears bath mat... Guess he could pick worse places. He's just getting older and older. I'd worry except he's eating well, and as perky as he's ever been which is not very. He's still my best cuddle and he leaves the fresh towels alone...

Viper does that too from time to time. She's 9. It must be something about the deep thin shag and the rubber back. She actually folds it over for me so I know it ain't foot-friendly. I have found that Dollar General sells them for $2. Screw martha stewart's $10 ones. When she does that, I can just toss them without any guilt.
