Gym Report - way better
Aug. 13th, 2010 10:29 amI did 15 minutes at 2.9 with spiked intervals on the treadmill - no problem. Then I did 10 minutes of the stuff that Nadia was trying to get me to do yesterday and I could not do. Today, I could do it. Whew. And my back - which was killing me yesterday is fine today. Whew.
Then I did a fast, hard 5 minutes on the recumbent bike.
Today I'm going to continue the drinking/peeing/stretching at intervals all day. At least once every 90 minutes or even once an hour. I am.
