Update...

The dishwasher is washing the dishes. The sheets are changed. The laundry is half way to done. The vacume is finished. The shower is had.

The air conditioner has gone into it's winter cupboard!! Yahoo!!

The IRS is paid - probably not enough but we'll settle up next April.

I think - before my ass gets into the chair - I'm going to pull everything out of the freezer and reorganize it. Yesterday a hamburger patty nearly broke my foot when it tried to escape.

I hope you don;t get caught out as we have been! Stephen had to go and get the electric fan OUT of its home in the shed because the heat here is stifling and yet I was crowing to you about how cool the weeather was the other week :)

I started to say that if we have a spell like yours that I hope Stephen is ready to come set up my air conditioner again. But, then, that would be silly because by the time he could get here, I would have already slit my wrists.

You have no idea how much I have missed Ken. He's due on the Ellen Show sometime this week and, of course, tomorrow and every day's Jeopardy is set to record. But, I didn't know - and this article told me - that it was for only 2 weeks and then another break. Interesting. Thanks.
