Almost Boneless Chicken Breast

susandennisMy officemate, Karen, just announced that the chicken breast she got for lunch was, apparently, one bone shy of truly boneless.
I share this because it's the only news I got. Not much happening in the world of me.
Mom's supposed to move back to her apartment today. When I talked to her this morning she said she didn't know when. She was a major crabby Appleton today. She was complaining because someone brought her the Calendar of Events for the week and she wasn't goin to be there. I asked her if she just couldn't leave it on the bed and I didn't get an answer. Then she bitched that my brother did not tell her when he was leaving (I'm guessing he probably told her several times). Then she started in again on not knowing when she was going back to her apartment. I asked why she had to wait - couldn't she just walk to her apartment on her own and she allowed as how she could but she didn't want to.
And I remember that I'm so glad to be 3,000 miles away and 3 time zones away... Yes, thankyoujesus!
I have not heard from her and she has not checked her email so I'm guessing she's really in a snit by now (3 p.m. her time).
