Gym Report

30 minutes on the treadmill. It was not easy but it was my last gym day until I get back so I persevered... The gym was empty. When I got there, there was one guy - a regular and before I left, the cute gay couple came in but that was it. Very strange for the first week of January. January is often packed or at least a buzz with new members who show up at least once. Not a soul today. Weird.

Shower time and then bear delivery.
