Running hot and cold...

susandennisIt's really pretty darned chilly here today. But I think this is the first day this winter that I have had on two shirts and a sweater. I think I'm going to fire up the fireplace after I send this note.
I'm staring at the desktop widget that says it's 42 degrees here and 81 degrees at my brother's in Texas. While I think it is actually colder than 42 degrees here, I sure would rather have that than 81!!

The Irritating one just called me. We've been swapping emails all day because I needed a particular piece of information and she was not understanding (or possibly pretending to not understand) so she called. It was one of the uglier phone conversations I have ever had. I am not proud that I let it get that ugly. I actually sent her an email saying that I was sorry I lost my temper. I am. I should be able to maintain civility no matter how stupid and insulting she is. I didn't and I'm not happy with me.
On the up side, I'm willing to lay major bucks down on bet that she never calls me again.
