Stuffed and satisfied

susandennisI do feel sorry for anyone who hates to cook and does not have a freezer full of Chef Anita. Tonight's selection was beef stroganoff and she nailed it. She left me braised spinach to go with it but I didn't remember that until I found it in the freezer after dinner. Oh well. I'll eat it with something else
I have two more things to do to the work computer but both need help. Happily, I am pretty sure there will be little or no work tomorrow so I will have the time to get both done.
I made a short run out this afternoon to get to an ATM, drop off a package at Office Depot and buy eggs. Plus, I cleaned out the car of stuff that didn't need to be there.
There is nothing left on my weekend todo list. It's a nice and calming feeling especially with tomorrow being, hopefully, an easy day.
