Mar. 9th, 2011 10:15 amI did 15 minutes on the treadmill. Instead of my usual spiked intervals at 2.8, I did .5 elevation at 3.0. Then I moved to the elliptical. Instead of the one with the swinging arms, I did the one with no arms and the more difficult elevation/resistance. I tried for 15 minutes and bailed at 10.
Oh well... on the upside, I do like my new shoes, I think. It will be nice to swap with the others now and again.
