Gym Report
Mar. 23rd, 2011 09:34 am30 minutes on the treadmill. I tried a different program today. Usually I do a spiked interval thing... 1.5 mins up to about 3 and then 1.5 mins down to 0, lather, rinse, repeat. Today I did kind of a rolling thing... 10 mins up one hill and down, and 2 more times.
The gym was crowded. 4 fat girls (5 if you count me which you should) and a hand full of others. Interesting mix.
