Gym Report - Marci's class
Mar. 31st, 2011 02:43 pmWell, except for crunches, this was pretty much a total fail. She had us set up stepping benches and step up and down on them. I just this minute realized I should have set mine lower. I just couldn't do it. I did not have the stamina and kept thinking I was going to fall off. It was a disaster.
Soooo now I have something to work on. She had us using 4 risers and I need to practice using 1 or 2. I can do that. 5 mins a day. And work up to 3 and then 4. Ok. I feel better.
Oh and we did some arm things with weights so if anyone wants me to salute tomorrow, they are very SOL.
