A little off the top...

susandennisI'm getting my head sliced off next Wednesday and I'm soooo looking forward to it!
I have these three bumps on my head. They have been there for years - decades. They have annoyed me for about as long. Finally, I decided to go see what's involved in getting them gone so I called a dermatologist I had been to in the past to make an appointment. The first opening she had was 4 months out. I've thought several times over the past 4 months that I should have just found another one. I'm so glad I did not.
Her office is quite convenient - at quick ride through the bus tunnel and I'd forgotten how nice she is and what a great manner she has. I went to her before for Seborrheic Dermatitis which has actually gotten worse but mainly just drives me nuts with itching. She looked at it and gave me some new stuff today that she said will fix the itching and maybe even chase it away (from my scalp). Yeah.
She also told me I have Rosacea and Blepharitis both of which I had heard before and neither of which bothers me. I allowed as how I'd be happy if she'd just make the itching stop and de-bump me. She was fine with that and we agreed to meet again next Wednesday at 7:30 am. I'll bring the head and she'll bring the knife.
Yeah!
And note to self: Wear little. Her office is a satellite office of where I got for my main doctoring. Both places are heated enough to bake meat. And me. Whew.
