Gym Report
May. 13th, 2011 09:48 amAfter two days of no gym and no substantial walking either, I was actually glad to get back on the treadmill again. I did 25 minutes at my current top speed with the harder elevation. Then I did 10 minutes of crunches, planks and some work with weights.
Now I am going to take a shower and wash my hair. I stink like you would not believe.
