susandennisI'm not sure what is going on with this leg so I think I'm just going to document until I find out for sure and/or it quits hurting for good.
After I iced last night and took ibuprofen, I finally got to sleep.
This morning it was better until I walked around a bit and then the shooting pain came back with a vengeance.
I put it up, put more ice on and took one indomethacin. It really really hurt.
I don't really think it's anything the doctor can fix. Dr. Wikipedia says that if it is a hairline fracture, the treatment is what I'm doing now so ok. I ruled out Deep Vein Thrombosis which doesn't look like you can get from injury anyway and they symptoms don't match.
After about 20 minutes, the pain stopped. I got up to walk and test (about 100 steps) and pain did not come back. Whew. Ice back on now, for insurance.
