Gym Report
May. 18th, 2011 09:55 amTo recap. Monday my leg hurt too much to go past the front door. Tuesday, I walked out the door, down the block - twice, no problem.
Today, I strapped on my gym shoes and I felt it as soon as I got past the front door. It didn't hurt but it did feel very different than the other leg. I kept on going and did 28 minutes on the treadmill at 2.6 (instead of my usual 2.8/2.9) and used the easier of the elevation programs. It was ok. Not perfect but not horrible.
I think I'm going to take a quick shower and then ice it down again.
There was only one other person in the gym. It was nice.
